“Deep Sleep” Oh no! Do you remember a while back when Pōk thought there was something behind our gobo parade? To be sure, it was nothing. Just the wind in the leaves, right? Wrong! It must have been this lion! Or is it a goat? With a forked serpent-like tail… what the heck is this thing? For those of you that are not familiar with Greek mythology (or fantasy gaming), this here is a chimera! A chimera in general is a nightmarish mix of animals. This one is close to the classic version, being part lion (leopard, to be more accurate here), part goat, and part serpent.

The chimera can be a deadly predator and it must feel quite confident, creeping up on Pōk. And oh so bold to be sneaking up on its prey in the middle of the day! With one quick bite and a quick shake or two, the hunter will drag its food back to its den for a well earned feast. What a frightful surprise this will be… for the chimera! Even a nightmare couldn’t wake Pōk easily from deep sleep, and that snore is a roar of its own!
